Pairing: Crooked Tree & Wedding Cake

In Beer Reviews by Karl

Remember our post from last week about finding THE ONE?  You might be interested in knowing that Ryan’s selection for a good craft beer at his wedding, Dark Horse Crooked Tree, went over tremendously among the beer-centric and non-beer-dork alike.

I can’t remember a wedding where I’ve seen less macrobrew drank, which is a testament to good decisions, supportive soon-to-be spouses, quality palates, an informed mind as to what your friends and family might enjoy, and in general to dedicated beer drinkery.

So, for what it’s worth, Dark Horse Crooked Tree pairs very complimentary with steak and halibut entrees, slices of wedding cake, good friends, loud music, a great time, and a truly memorable experience for the bride and groom.
