Pucker Up For A Night Of Sour Beers This Friday At SmallBar Division

In Beer News, Press Release by Karl

One Wild Night

We tried to stop by last year’s Sour Night back when it was over at SmallBar Fullerton (back in the pre-Beer Bistro North days) and it was total madness. After trying to elbow into the bar for about 15 minutes, we cut our losses and headed to West Lakeview to grab a bottle of something tart for home consumption.

This is not to pre-emptively condemn the prior popularity of this event, but only to serve as a bit of a heads up: Get there early.

(Editor’s Note: We receive a ton of beer-related press releases, but we’ll only bring you the ones we think are relevant, fun, interesting, cool, newsworthy, or offer something we’d be interested in checking out ourselves. Rest assured we’re not just posting these to churn out content – take this as a tacit endorsement from the staff of GDB.)

PRESS RELEASE

Join SmallBar Division for an annual tradition in the short, cold month of February—the third annual Sour Night! This event will be featuring wild fermented ales and traditional lambics and this year’s lineup includes more domestic offerings than ever before…a sure sign of the surging popularity of the style.
