The Open Bottle, Hailstorm Brewing, and Soundgrowler Brewing (all of Tinley Park) have partnered with Crafted 1979 and Brothership Brewing (both of nearby Mokena) to collaborate on a t-shirt initiative designed to support all of our businesses during these unprecedented times. \u201cWe\u2019re a local beer community,\u201d Julia Bisch of The Open Bottle said. \u201cWe\u2019re in this together and we all want to see each other weather this storm.\u201d<br>\u00a0<br>This local beer scene has not been immune to the repercussions of the pandemic and stay at home order passed back in March. &#8220;All of our businesses are fortunate to continue operating to some extent, but we\u2019ve all had to make some difficult decisions recently without on-premise sales&#8221;, Bisch said. &#8220;We\u2019re hoping that the sales from these t-shirts will not only generate a small cushion to help us all continue our operations but to also bring our community together.&#8221;<br>\u00a0<br>The profits from the shirt sales will be evenly divided between the five companies and all the sales data will be publicly accessible.
