More <a title=\"Trouble Could Be Brewing For Lagunitas\u2019 Proposed Taproom In Chicago \u2013 UPDATED X3\" href=\"https:\/\/www.guysdrinkingbeer.com\/trouble-could-be-brewing-for-lagunitas-proposed-taproom-in-chicago\/\">HERE<\/a>. Probably shoulda saw that coming, huh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>***END UPDATE***<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lagunitas Founder Tony Magee took to twitter on Monday to provide an update on how things are coming along with a planned brewery and tap room in Chicago. He also notes that Rahm Emanuel &#8220;digs craft beer.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The tap room, at 18th and Rockwell in the Douglas Park neighborhood, is slated for an April opening while the production brewery (at the same address) is positioned for a September opening.<\/p>\n<p>Note: This place is going to be huge. Massive. Gargantuan. So we&#8217;re looking forward to our first visit, as you can imagine.<\/p>\n<div class=\"x-embed x-is-rich x-is-twitter\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Chicago is on track; 1st brew in late Sept.
